Who are PeakHR?

Are you spending too much time dealing with staff issues rather than growing your business?
You've come to the right place.
Using over 20 years of experience, we work with you to ensure that staff issues are quickly and efficiently managed for the best outcome for the business.
We recognise that not all businesses have the need for a full time, in house HR team.  That's where the services of a consultant can really benefit you, fulfilling your HR requirements on an 'as needed' basis.
We will spend time getting to know your business, its culture and values, your staff and your business and human resource objectives.

Cheryl Willey MCIPD
Managing Director

Cheryl launched PeakHR in 2015 following a 15 year career in HR at a senior level within the legal and education sectors.

Throughout her career, Cheryl has dealt with matters across the human resources spectrum, from complex disciplinary cases, long-term disability related absences and large-scale redundancies, to nationwide recruitment campaigns and induction of staff.

Of PeakHR's services, Cheryl says, "It should not be the case that small businesses can not benefit from excellent human resource management.  However, owner managed businesses frequently have their attention diverted away from such matters and consequently do not reap the benefits that sound HR knowledge brings, or avoid the pitfalls and problems that arise from not having correct policies and procedures in place.

There are a range of options on how to engage us that can be tailored to suit your budget including monthly retainers, fixed price projects and pay as you go advice and support.

Our What We Do page tells you more about what we can do for you but if you would like to discuss a matter that isn't listed, then please get in touch.

Our services aim to ensure that all businesses can access human resources support in a manner that suits their needs. The services are completely flexible to suit company size, business objectives and budget."

A Chartered Member of the CIPD, Cheryl qualified in 2004.
